What is the right temperature to run my adhesive?

We recommend that you refer to the technical data sheet (TDS) for your specific adhesive. If you have additional questions, please contact us directly at (800)-419-GLUE.

What do I do if my adhesive isn’t working?

We always recommend that you first make sure your equipment is running at the correct temperature for your adhesive. If you are running it at the correct temperature, it’s likely an issue with your equipment. Please contact us at (800)-419-GLUE for help troubleshooting.

How do I place an order if I am not currently working with a CGM sales rep?

You can call us at (800)-419-GLUE, fill out our “Request a Quote” form, or email us at info@chicagoglue.com. All new customers will be asked to submit a credit application, three industry references and one bank reference.

What are your terms?

Our terms vary by product. For adhesives, it’s 30 days upon credit approval. For purchased equipment, half is due upfront when you place the order, with the remaining balance due 30 days after receipt of goods. Our equipment rentals require a security deposit.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.


I’ve placed my order. How soon will I have my product?

If we receive an order by noon and we have your product in stock, it will ship the same day. If you have a more urgent need, please call us at (800)-419-GLUE.

What shipping carrier do you use?

It is up to you! We use UPS, FedEx and messenger services. If it’s a “glue-mergency” within our service area, we will do everything we can to get you the glue, part, or service as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, at this time we only support shipments within the US.
