CGM Employee Spotlight: Beatriz Avila

How long have you been with CGM?
I have been on the CGM team for 16 years as of this December.

What’s your favorite part about your job?
I have been given the opportunity to grow as an employee and not be stuck in one position. I also like that I get along with all my coworkers. CGM is a place where people that work here treat you as if you were family.

Who is your superhero?
My father. I admire how hard he worked to support and raise my family.

Tell us about your family.
My family consists of five members – myself, my husband, two sons and one stepson.

What is your hidden talent or hobby?
I love to experience cooking new foods and meals for my family.

Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Mexico!
