CGM Welcomes Becky Grotjan to the Team!
We chose today, “National Bring your Kids to Work Day” to spotlight our newest team member, Becky! When we saw this adorable video of Becky’s children, we just knew she would fit right in! Since we can’t be in the office right now, she finds a great way to balance working from home and home-school art projects with her boys!
- What is your position/role? What are your responsibilities?
I am an Inside Sales Associate. I process customer orders, manage and grow existing accounts and help target new customers.
- What have you enjoyed most about your time at CGM so far?
The family atmosphere. Everyone is always so willing to help one another. People genuinely care for each other and they are always willing to lend a hand to make sure you understand what you are doing.
- What are some of your hobbies or interests? Please explain.
I love Chicago sports – I enjoy watching the Bears, Blackhawks and Cubs. My absolute best memory is going to game 5 of the World Series in Chicago. I enjoy traveling, going to the beach, gardening, fishing and music. I’ve played in the same co-rec softball league for the past 20 years.
- Anything else you would like to include in your intro (personal or professional?)?
I am married and we have 2 awesome boys that keep us very busy with sports, games, Legos and anything with wheels. We also have a golden retriever, Lucy, who will be 13 this summer.
