The SS10 Hot Melt Adhesive Unit from Astro Packaging is designed to accommodate 10 lbs. of adhesive and features a cylindrical Teflon®-lined tank that reduces the potential for char buildup, ensuring a cleaner and more consistent operation. It features a constant-speed direct drive motor/pump combination, complemented by an adjustable output control for precise adhesive dispensing. It is capable of handling up to two hoses and gun combinations and allows for flexibility with either bead or spray handguns, as well as electric or pneumatic auto-dispense guns. There are 120V and 240V options. It has a 10 lb. tank with 8 lb./hr. melt rate and a 7 day scheduler.
