The UFD Omega-style fiberizing nozzle (size .016) is designed for use with ITW Dynatec Dynafiber UFD hot melt spray applicators. This industrial hot melt adhesive spray nozzle uses heated process air to fiberize the adhesive stream as it exits the module, producing a controlled fiber spray pattern for hot melt adhesive applications.

Dynafiber UFD Omega fiber spray nozzles are configurable to meet specific adhesive application requirements. Nozzles may be manufactured with multiple nozzle orifices, commonly up to five, depending on the desired hot melt adhesive distribution and spray width. This nozzle has five orifices.

The multi-orifice nozzle arrangement may vary, allowing different quantities of orifices to be positioned on the left or right-hand side of the spray module. This flexibility allows the UFD Omega hot melt fiberizing nozzle configuration to be adjusted to match the required adhesive spray pattern, product width, and machine layout.
