SS10—Astro Packaging

Astro Packaging’s SS10 hot melt adhesive unit is an extremely reliable melt unit that holds 10lbs of adhesive. It is designed with a constant-speed direct drive motor/pump combination and adjustable output control. The cylindrical Teflon® lined tank virtually eliminates any possibility of char build-up. The SS10 has an integrated melt fin that maintains consistent pump rates created from the flow-through grid design. Supporting up to 2 hoses/gun combinations, the SS10 melt unit includes a simple-to-operate new TC500 temperature controller.
